Carmen Brown RN - Founder/President of Kids 1st Nanny Inc.
Carmen has been a Registered Nurse since 1995 working in Neonatal Intensive Care, Post Partum and Pediatrics.
Carmen moved to the Coachella Valley in 1990. As a mother of three and working full-time, she quickly learned the challenges of finding reliable childcare to meet the specific needs of her family.
Having worked many years as a Nanny herself, Carmen developed an understanding of how a professional nanny service could assist in her search. However, she found the area lacking in these services. In 1998 Carmen formed Kids 1st to meet that need and bring professional childcare services to the community.
